The Bill (Reg. No.2065) aims at simplification of export procedure. Inter alia, it increases the cost of commodities (from 200 to 3000 Euro) export of which is not subject to terms and conditions, established for the enterprises by Ukrainian legislation.
The Committee upholds the introduced amendments and recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts the Bill as a Basis and prepares it for the Second Reading, taking into account the suggested motions.
